The Aspenwood Company Announces Six Internal Promotions
The Aspenwood Company (Aspenwood) a leading senior living operator, is pleased to announce six internal promotions within the company. Valerie Zisman, previously Vice President Controller, has been promoted to Senior Vice President Controller. Valerie has been with the company since 2017 and has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the well-being of our residents and a passion for the senior living industry.
Ruth Ameda, previously Treasurer/Assistant Controller has been promoted to Vice President Controller. Ruth has been instrumental in the company’s financial organization and has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with team members and drive results.
Katie Snezhkova, previously Senior Director of Life Enrichment, has been promoted to Organizational Director of Life Enrichment. Katie has a proven track record of leading teams to provide a curated lifestyle to residents and has been an asset to the company with over 14 years of life enrichment experience.
Debbie Jenkins-Melancon, previously Operations Specialist, has been promoted to Regional Director of Clinical Operations. Debbie brings a wealth of experience and expertise in health and wellness and has consistently delivered the highest quality of care and operational efficiencies that exceed expectations.
Michael Garcia, previously Payroll Manager, has been promoted to Accountant. Michael has been an integral part of the finance team and demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational and communication skills.
Gina Cazares, previously Executive Assistant, has been promoted to Project and Payroll Manager. Gina has a proven ability to communicate effectively and prioritize projects efficiently to make sound decisions and has been a key player in delivering timely production.
