The Aspenwood Company Appoints New Senior Leadership

The Aspenwood Company (Aspenwood), a premier provider of luxury senior living across the southeastern United States, has appointed two industry veterans to its senior leadership team.

 Eric Varin joins The Aspenwood Company as Senior Vice President of Sales. For over 12 years, Eric has been a sales leader in the seniors housing industry. Most recently serving as Vice President of Partnerships at Sherpa, Eric can also be credited for his contributions to established organizations such as OneDay, Allegro Senior Living, and Benchmark Senior Living. Through forming quality relationships with future residents and their families by asking individualized questions, conducting personalized creative follow-up, and planning advances in the sales process, Eric and his team consistently increase sales conversions, professional referrals, and occupancy.

 Anna Callender joins the operations team as Vice President of Operations. Anna comes with an extensive background previously serving as Senior Regional Director of Sales and Regional Director of Operations for privately held and publicly traded seniors housing organizations. She has influenced teams to become high performers by developing talent, empowering associates, and putting resident satisfaction at the center of personnel and business decisions. Anna’s impressive sales experience brings a strong alliance to the overall operational success of the communities she oversees.
