The Aspenwood Company Is Named a Great Place to Work for Its Sixth Consecutive Year
We’re pleased to announce that The Aspenwood Company has been recognized for the sixth year in a row as a Great Place to Work, as assessed by the Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights.
“When we opened the survey process and asked for team member participation, I was confident that the majority of our associates would feel comfortable sharing their feelings about work and their workplace openly and honestly,” said Aspenwood President Heather Tussing. “What amazed and humbled me was that more than 99 percent of our team members completed the survey.”
The certification process involved surveying 100 percent of employees from across Aspenwood’s communities and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
“The feedback we received is critical to helping us do better and make improvements that enhance our company culture and the working environments for all of our associates,” said Tussing. “Our goal is to make Aspenwood not just a great place to work, but the best place to work.”
