In Houston, The Doliver of Tanglewood is an opulent retirement community at 504 Bering Drive, proximate to Houston Country Club in the heart of Tanglewood. The Doliver of Tanglewood is comprised of 187 independent living apartments, 36 assisted living apartments, and 24 memory care apartments. Along with concierge service, residents enjoy a fully equipped fitness center, heated infinity pool, and bocce ball court.
In the Dallas Metro, Heartis Mid Cities is an upscale 178-unit retirement community at 2308 Highway 121 in Bedford, near an array of restaurants and stores, surrounded by longstanding suburban Dallas neighborhoods. The residence comprises 86 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living apartments, and 32 memory care apartments. In addition to a saltwater pool, fitness center, and spa, the community has multiple dining venues, an art studio and concierge service.
